My class begins by gently inviting each student to look within through meditation, and  to synchronize movement with the breath throughout class.   I teach a fluid vinyasa class that is deeply meditative and intuitive to the energy of the room, which makes class insightful, reflective and uplifiting.  This powerful practice of yoga allows us to move through life so we can experience the great openness and freedom in the body, mind and spirit. 

I have been teaching since Fall 2007 and truly love and cherish every moment of it.  It feels amazing to be able to share what I love each week with my students.  I have had the honor to train consistently with Hilaire Lockwood in the depth of Yoga’s most purest form and tradition, completing 500 hours of advanced teacher training with her.

Some of the purest most peaceful moments of my life have happened on my mat.  Yoga is the practice that leads me to awareness of my true nature by opening and unifying my body, heart, mind and spirit.  I cherish the moments during my practice that are truly genuine and real. That’s all it takes to find a bit of freedom that can carry over to the rest of my life and hopefully into the lives of my students.  Come open your heart and free your mind.  I look forward to welcoming you.
