I love yoga. I love yoga from the top of my head down to the tips of my toe. I love practicing yoga. I love teaching yoga. I even love talking and thinking about yoga. I feel that yoga is a part of everything I do and everything I am.

There is no profound or amazing story to tell of how I started practicing or who I am. I’m a pretty regular person who came to yoga class for fun about five years ago. And to make that story short and sweet: I haven’t stopped coming since. All of my training has come from Hilaire and Hilltop Yoga. I am a 500-hour teacher. I give the utmost respect to my teacher and my studio. All that aside, I feel my greatest yoga teacher has been my own life. Practicing formally on the mat has helped me to more deeply tune into the experiences of this lifetime and connect more fully to who I am.

Outside of the Hilltop world, I am a massage therapist and a mother. I am very knowledgeable, as well as comfortable, with all things relating ot the human body. I have a passion for taking care of people and making others feel better.

That’s pretty much it. I lead a simple life. I practice yoga and I intend to for the rest of this lifetime and most likely many more lifetimes to come!
