Hot Power (90 minutes)
Based on Ashtanga yoga, Power is a challenging vinyasa flow class that combines the alignment and deep focus of Iyengar with the fluidity and energy of Ashtanga. This form of yoga challenges the mind, the body, and the spirit to work as one to detox, heal, and open the individual physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The room is heated slightly warmer than a normal power yoga class. 90-minute class.
