Based on Ashtanga yoga, Power is a challenging vinyasa flow class that combines the alignment and deep focus of Iyengar with the fluidity and energy of Ashtanga. This form of yoga challenges the mind, the body, and the spirit to work as one to detox, heal, and open the individual physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This class is not taught to all levels - it is an advanced power yoga class recommended for intermediate to advanced students only. 90-minute class. |
